The Rt. Rev. Eric V. Menees serves as Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of San Joaquin. He received his Masters in Divinity from General Theological Seminary and earned his Doctor of Ministry from Seabury Western Theological Seminary. He is married to Florence Guadalupe Mira-Menees and has two children: Milagro and Sebastian.

Fr. Carlos Raines serves as Rector for EAC. He received his BA from Clemson University and his MA in Divinity from Trinity College.  He is married to Carol Raines and has three children: John, Nicholas, and Christina.

Fr. Noah Lawson serves as Rector-Coadjutor for EAC. He received his BA and California Teaching Credential from Fresno Pacific University and his MA in Divinity from Nashotah House Theological Seminary.

Fr. Anthony Velez serves as Associate Priest for EAC. He received his BA from Fresno Pacific University and his MA in Theology from Wheaton University.  He is married to Paula Velez, has four children: Ethan, Elena, Joel, and Camila and one grandchild, Elliot.

Church Candles
The Vestry
EAC's administrative team includes a group of twelve elected lay leaders called the Vestry. In consultation with the rector, the vestry provides administrative oversight for the church and offers counsel to the rector. The vestry meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m.
